The ""Modern Studies in Property Law"" series is a collection of the papers given at the biennial conferences of the Centre for Property Law at the University of Reading. This volume contains the proceedings from the conference in 2002, and includes a wide range of papers from both English and international speakers, covering many of the most topical issues within the law of property.
