This volume is the last issue of Restitution Law Review. The title has now ceased publishing and no further volumes will be issued.
The Restitution Law Review reflects the increasing recognition and rapid development worldwide of the law of unjust enrichment and restitution. It is designed to provide a comprehensive expert information service by regional reporters from major jurisdictions in the common law and civil law worlds.
They produce annual surveys of developments within their jurisdictions accompanied by summaries of cases, legislation, law reform proposals, articles, books and other information. The annual issue includes original source material together with critical comments and articles analysing and discussing matters of practical and theoretical interest.
