Published continuously since 1884, the Reports of Patent, Design and Trade Mark Cases (RPCs) remain the leading full-text law reports in intellectual property. They are published on behalf of the Intellectual Property Office.
Containing the definitive text of carefully selected UK intellectual property decisions and judgments, along with expert headnotes written by Fiona Clark, Editor, the RPCs are an essential resource for solicitors, barristers, judiciary, patent attorneys and trade mark attorneys.
