Industrial Relations Law and Practice in Jamaica is handbook written primarily for persons involved in the day to day administration of employer-employee relations in both the private and public sectors. The book examines the main elements of the law and practice of industrial relations in Jamaica.
Some of the areas covered are collective bargaining, settlement of disputes, grievance and disciplinary procedures, conciliation and arbitration, as well as some of the ‘newer' areas of the law including sexual harassment and worker participation.
