This publication, 'Consolidated Treaties (November 2006)', contains the consolidated versions of the Treaty on European Union and of the Treaty establishing the European Community, incorporating the amendments made by the Treaty of Athens, signed on 16 April 2003. It also reproduces all the Protocols annexed to those Treaties, as amended by the 2003 Act of Accession.
