Arbitrating Under the 2012 ICC Rules: An Introductory User's Guide

Published: June 2012
Publisher: Kluwer Law International
Country of Publication: The Netherlands

Price: £178.00

Low stock.

This book is an introduction to arbitration under the new ICC Rules of Arbitration.

The new Rules differ significantly in particular with respect to multiparty and multi-contract arbitration.

The book is written in a way that it can either be read quickly in its entirety, for an overall understanding of how ICC arbitration works, or else specific parts of it can be read on their own to obtain rapid answers to specific questions (e.g., how to draft an ICC arbitration clause).

The aim of the book is to do away with the mystique of ICC arbitration, so that lawyers have a clearer

understanding of ICC arbitration for the purposes of (a) deciding whether to opt for ICC arbitration, (b) drafting ICC arbitration clauses and (c) embarking on an actual ICC arbitration.

Note: This book was previously announced with the title Introduction to the ICC Rules of Arbitration
