The 32nd edition takes account of the changes to the case law made by 38 decisions reported in Industrial Relations Law Reports in 2018, resulting in 65 new entries.
The first part of the Guide is organised according to principles that are cross-strand (e.g. how the different ingredients in the definitions of direct and indirect discrimination, victimisation and harassment have been interpreted) with separate sections following on each protected characteristic, focusing on principles specific to that characteristic.
