Nevill’s Trusts Drafting Handbook is a practical set of precedents, incorporating the need for trusts to be written in plain English, and representing the common issues that emerge.
The handbook is designed to be useful in particular to smaller firms without large law firm precedent resources. It provides a “technical” and practical resource as a companion to the highly successful Nevill’s Law of Wills, Trusts, and Administration, 13th edition, 2018. The precedents enable the needs of lawyers and legal executives to be met.
This edition has been updated to reflect the substantial changes to trusts law, as enacted by the Trusts Act 2019.
