the new dividend and distribution regime (following the abolition of the capital maintenance rules),
amalgamations,
reconstructions and takeovers,
raising capital and borrowing including the new prospectus rules,
the Insolvency Regime
and the application of "the Solvency Test" in corporate transactions.
