This book was prompted by many requests from A level law students who were demanding a different sort of text from those traditionally available. It is essentially a course book for use throughout the academic year in preparation for the A level law examinations. The book is suitable for class work,private study and revision, and is designed to stimulate interest in the subject matter by using a variety of different testing techniques. It is hoped that this approach will facilitate learning by providing a new dimension to accompany the traditional text books.
