Based on a series of seminars, this book seeks to provide a source of reference for those involved in conveying contaminated land, whether in public or private sectors. The legal and environmental issues surrounding the use and development of contaminated land are of great importance to planners and developers, as well as those concerned with land use and the regeneration of towns and cities.
