No client care policy can succeed unless support staff understand what client care means. More importantly, staff cannot care for clients unless they are taught to do so. This tape explores why client care matters and identifies strategies for managing contact with clients. An ideal induction tool, it should also be used periodically to refresh the minds of all involved, perhaps as part of an interactive discussion session.
