Liber Memorialis

In the course of an academic career spanning more than thirty years, the late James C Brady, Professor of Equity and Property Law at University College Dublin, was a seminal figure for generations of law students and practitioners alike. This collection of his essays, to honour his memory, is written by a team of distinguished scholars and practitioners - friends contemporaries and colleagues.
