First published in 1990, this book quickly became an essential addition to the bookshelf of every practitioner. Since then, there have been significant changes in many areas of the law - such as hire purchase, consumer law, and competition law - as well as developments in other areas such as the Consumer Credit Act 1995, the International Carriage of Goods by Road Act 1990, and the Stock Exchange Act 1995.
