This book is part of the ‘Foundations of Law’ series of textbooks, designed to support postgraduates in their study of the core subjects of English law. It is anticipated that the reader can then move on to studies for their professional examinations (eg the SQE and BSB assessments) comfortable that they have an understanding of foundational legal principles.
