This ""new"" publication was published as part of the Forum's CLE Program Book in past years. It is now being launched as a stand-alone product with a new edition to publish each October in time for the Annual Forum. The text consists of a broad-based review of judicial decisions related to franchising. The review and analysis includes cases that present franchising fact situations, affect franchising relationships, and that present concepts of importance to counsel for franchisors and franchisees in advising their clients in particular substantive areas. The authors have not attempted to review the entire body of law in any substantive area, however.
