Litigation Funding

This book is written by David Greene who is a litigator of some 30 years and who has worked with all funding methods for litigation. He has been on the Civil Procedure Rules Committee and on the Civil Justice Council. He has also assisted the Civil Justice Council recently in relation to some Jackson changes. He is a contributor to the Green Book on costs.
