This three volume work constitutes the official Hague Conference Guide to Good Practice in dealing with international child abduction cases under the 1980 Hague Convention.
Part III of the guide is broader in scope than the previous parts, as it is not confined to dealing solely with good practice in relation to the 1980 Hague convention. Its objective is to give more general guidance as to the type of preventive measures that states might consider adopting in order to reduce the incidence of child abduction.
