We are now closed for the Christmas and New Year period, reopening on Friday 3rd January 2025. Orders placed during this time will be processed upon our return on 3rd January.
The new formula for calculating child support maintenance came into force on 3 March 2003. There are transitional arrangements to bring existing cases into the new system, and some cases will be integrated sooner than others. The two systems will continue to run in tandem for some while and knowledge of both systems will have to be maintained.
