Providing coverage of the law relating to company meetings, this work deals first with general meetings of the company or of a class of shareholders. Following a section on meetings of the board and committees of the board, it looks at the rules applicable when the company has become insolvent. The relevant provisions of both the 1948 and the 1985 versions of Table A are covered where appropriate and the 1986 Insolvency Rules are considered in detail.
