Cases, Materials and Commentary on EC & UK Competition Law addresses the competition rules of the EC and the UK, with the primary focus being on EC law. It will have a wide international interest as EC competition rules have become an important source of consultation as well as increasingly serving as a model followed by many countries when adopting or developing competition rules within their domestic legal systems.
This book will include cases and materials, but it will additionally include detailed commentary and case studies. This will eliminate the need for students to go to multiple sources.
