This new book provides students with a range of source materials and cases, together with related exercises and activities, complementing the material available in A Level and AS Level Law: A Study Guide by the same author (2nd edition, Sweet & Maxwell, 2003). The book is designed to enhance understanding and develop skills in a number of ways:
* Introducing students to primary legal resources, such as cases and legislation, along with reports and articles. This will be especially beneficial for the OCR Sources of Law examination.
* Providing activities in each chapter that will enable students to develop their portfolio evidence for Key Skills Communication at Level 3.
* By incorporating the materials and exercises into classroom activities, students will be able to demonstrate clear evidence of learning and achievement.
