It incorporates the changes intoduced by the Civil Procedure (Ammendment No.2) Rules 2013 (SI 2013/515) and CPR Update 61 published in the first Special Supplement as an Addendum.
The current Costs Rules continue to be valid for cases before 1 April 2013 and will remain in the 2013 Main Works (and CD and online) for the rest of this year so you can continue to access them.
