This text covers the area on the regulatory or ""public law"" aspects of international trade. This approach, widely adopted in North America and of increasing currency in Europe, centres on issues such as the regulation of tariffs and quotas, including the evolution of GATT, and the role of bodies such as the World Trade Organization. This is a text for both the specialist postgraduate as well as the advanced undergraduate, all reading international economic law and EU law.
