Extracts are followed by commentary which serves to link, critically discuss and set in context the various extracts.
The first nine chapters focus on individual employment law, with separate chapters on the increasingly important topics of discrimination and equal pay. Collective employment law is dealt with and in the final four chapters on trade unions and industrial action.
