Two to three chapters are included under each of the following 5 themes: 1) methodology and metatheory 2) reasoning and evaluating 3) values and the moral life 4) institutions and the social life 5) the global and international dimension Special attention has been paid to encouraging links with other disciplines, including other areas of philosophy, as well as the social and natural sciences.
A substantial introduction describes each contribution and discerns general themes that will shape the future of legal philosophy.
