The book has been written to address the legal issues surrounding the Internet and electronic commerce in light of new technological realities that confront business managers. The text aims to prepare students to manage intellectual property, and is intended for legal environment of business courses that some faculties run. It may also be appropriate for other law courses, sucha as: computers , law and society; Internet law; intellectual property law; and issues in e-commerce.
