Conflict Resolution Quarterly is an academic publication and is sponsored by the Association for Conflict Resolution. CRQ publishes scholarship on relationships between theory, research, and practice in the conflict management and dispute resolution field to promote more effective professional applications.
As the fields of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Conflict Resolution experience exponential growth, Conflict Resolution Quarterly has become an indispensable tool for practitioners, scholars and students. It is the most widely distributed journal covering the role of the neutral in processes such as mediation, arbitration, negotiation, facilitation and other conflict resolution processes at the local, national and international levels.
Articles focus on any aspect of the conflict resolution process or context, but a primary focus is the behavior, role and impact of third parties in effectively handling conflict at all levels from the interpersonal to the international. CRQ also welcomes all theoretical and methodological orientations.
