For over 25 years, the Swiss Review for International and European Law (SRIEL) has published original and comprehensive contributions on international and European law.
The Swiss Review is edited on behalf of the Swiss Association of International Law. In order to provide a Swiss perspective on international law in its different guises, the Association had published a Yearbook since 1944, which in 1991 was substituted by a quarterly journal.
SRIEL publishes scholarly contributions on public international law, European law, international criminal law and international private law. The Reiview provides regular reports on Swiss contemporary practice relating to international law, as well as on recent developments in human rights law, international trade law, European law, international criminal law and international private law. We also provide a forum for scholarly exchanges and a platfrom for the next generation of international law scholars. The Review is published quarterly with contributions in English, German and French, and each volume is complemented by an index.
Annual subscriptions operate to the fixed calendar year. Subscriptions started mid-volume will be sent the issues already published and the remaining issues will follow on publication
