Since this book was written by the late Sir Malcolm Hilbery certain changes have taken place which it may be convenient to mention.
Thus, the minimum fee referred to on page 17 has been increased to two guineas. Further, the arrangements for the investigation of cases of professional misconduct referred to on pages 22 and 23 have been altered consequent upon the establishment of a Senate of the Four Inns of Court.
