In 1843 a little book of 16 pages appeared. It recorded some of the more remarkable utterances of Serjeant Arabin, the most eccentric judge ever to preside at the Old Bailey. That book, Arabiniana, has long been a rare collector's piece, kept under lock and key by libraries fortunate enough to own a copy.
In this book, Arabinesque-at-Law, all the dicta appear, together with some others, preented in the cursive style of the authors well-know Miscellanay-at-Law. An ideal birthay or Christmas present for every lawyer Arabinesque-at-Law, would enrich any library.
