Aidan Ellis is a barrister at Temple Garden Chambers practising in credit hire and personal injury. He has written and lectured on credit hire and is also the co-editor of the Personal Injury Brief Update Law Journal (www.pibriefupdate.com).

Tim Kevan practised as a barrister for ten years specialising in, among other things, credit hire. He appeared in the Court of Appeal cases of Zoan v Rouamba and Ketley v Gilbert and was described by Chambers and Partners (in 2009) as "the credit hire junior". He is currently the co-editor of the Personal Injury Brief Update Law Journal (www.pibriefupdate.com).
